Coming from a cognac background where selecting, aging and blending eaux-de-vie is just way of life, I have developed a natural flair for spotting the subtleties of what it takes to craft the perfect drink.
Having worked for the top two Cognac Houses in the industry—Remy Martin and Hennessy, and received my certification of WSET Level 3 in wine with Distinction, I am excited to bring such knowledge and expertise to my current venture with the wine clubs, and luckily, it is still about the grapes!
