Nevertheless, we will continue to explore cultural, arts and entertainment options, and we are working on community-based projects in our continued efforts to support local initiatives.

Do I need a reservation to visit Arch & Tower?

Reservations are recommended as we can often book up quickly. We will accommodate day of reservations and walk ins based on day of availability

What is the maximum party size allowed?

Tastings are available for guests age 21 +. If you have a party greater than 6, please reach out to our reservations team to book.reservations@robertmondaviwinery.com.

What tasting experiences do you offer?

We offer varied experiences of our entire wine portfolio. Experiences can range from Napa tier wine, Estate wines and Reserve wines.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we typically sell out in advance for both tastings and lunches. We highly recommend making an appointment at least one week in advance. Walk-ins and day of reservations are offered based on availability each day.

Do you allow minors?

Arch & Tower is designed to be an environment for ages 21 +. Please reach out to our reservations team for further inquiries about accommodations.reservations@robertmondaviwinery.com.

Do you allow dogs or other pets?

Service Dogs are welcome both inside and outside at the Arch & Tower. We ask that they be kept on a leash and be friendly to other pets and people.

Do you offer wines by the glass?

Wine by the glass may be offered tentatively on a day-to-day basis. You may purchase bottles at the shop to take with you.

Can I purchase a bottle, open and taste at the winery?

What if we have a designated driver in our party?

We allow 1 designated driver/non-drinker age 21+ per party on our Napa Exploration tasting experience.

Do you charge in advance?

Yes, we charge in full at the time of booking your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy for wine tastings?

To receive a full refund for your wine tasting reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

CULINARY EXPERIENCES

Can you describe your Legend Lunch experience?

We offer a chef’s-choice, 3-course Legend Lunch experience daily at 12:30 pm by advance reservation for guests age 21+. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours, please call the Arch & Tower at 707-968-2000. This is an extremely popular offering and sells out well in advance. The lunch is approximately 90 - 120 minutes in length and begins with a brief reception followed by lunch seating at 1:00 pm. Allow plenty of time for off-site parking in order to arrive by 12:30pm and please note that we do not have a restaurant at the Arch & Tower.

Do you offer a dinner experience?

We do offer dinner experiences for parties with a minimum of 15 people. Please reach out to our team for more information  events@robertmondaviwinery.com.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, we do not have a restaurant on site.

What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Most online courses provide avenues for interaction with instructors and fellow students. This can be in the form of discussion forums, live Q&A sessions, or dedicated community platforms. The level of interaction varies across courses, so it's worth checking if the course offers opportunities to connect with instructors or fellow learners if that's something you value.

What is your cancellation policy for your culinary experiences?

To receive a full refund for your culinary reservation, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.

What is the maximum party size allowed?

Our seated tastings are limited to parties of 6 or less including minors and non-drinkers. Please reach out to our reservations team for accommodation options for groups larger than 6: reservations@robertmondaviwinery.com .

Do you host weddings?

Yes, we do host weddings at our downtown Arch & Tower venue located on the Napa River. For more information, please contact us at events@robertmondaviwinery.com .

Do you host rehearsal dinners?

Yes, we can host meet and greets, welcome parties and rehearsal dinners.

Do you host groups larger than 6 for lunch and dinners?

If I’m a wine club member, how do I make a reservation?

Wine club members can reserve tastings for up to 6 guests, with complimentary tastings for 4. There’s a $50 charge for each additional guest. Members must be present to receive discounts and can book tastings via our Tock . For assistance, email reservations@robertmondaviwinery.com with the email used to join the club.

How can I join the wine club?

Joining the wine club is free. Sign up on our website or email wineclub@robertmondaviwinery.com . Membership requires a minimum of 2 shipments before cancellation.

What is the commitment to join the club?

Joining the wine club is free, but you must commit to a minimum of 2 shipments. Shipments are offered in the Spring and the Fall.

When do my benefits, including complimentary tastings, begin after I join the club?

Your club benefits activate once your first shipment is in process. You can schedule future complimentary tastings after your membership is activated.

Why does FedEx require ID scanning?

On June 28, 2022, FedEx will require ID scanning for deliveries in the U.S. which require an adult signature. The ID scanning technology will electronically capture the recipient’s name and automate age verification. This new process eliminates the need for manual data entry of recipient information and improves the accuracy of recipient information.

When a recipient’s ID is scanned, the scanning technology will:
Capture the recipient’s name associated with the ID and auto-populate the first initial and last name.
Confirm the recipient is 21 years or older.

The software does not record any other personal data (e.g., driver's license number, phone number(s), birthdate, home address, etc.). However, capturing the recipient’s first initial and last name is part of the existing proof of delivery process for all signature deliveries and will be retained only as long as necessary.

How do I safely ship during hot weather?

To ensure your wines are received in pristine condition, select the 2 day air + ice pack option at checkout. Our ice packs only last for 48 hours, so 2 day air is the recommended shipping strategy. It is also critical that someone 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the wines on the first delivery attempt. Multiple delivery attempts will hinder the quality of the wine.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner's Club credit and debit cards; as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay options. We also offer ShopPay to make saving your card and shipping information fast and easy.

What does shipping cost?

We offer $25 flat rate ground shipping on all orders up to 2 bottles, and complimentary ground shipping on orders of 3 bottles or more.

We also offer other shipping methods such as 2-day Air. For these methods, shipping charges are calculated when you check out. Shipping total includes product-handling costs. Shipping carrier is determined by the warehouse based upon shipping destination (unless you are a wine club member and have made other arrangements for your club shipments).

When will I be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when the order has left our warehouse.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Standard delivery will arrive within 7 to 10 days, following compliance and credit card authorization. Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 5:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the next business day, pending compliance and credit card verification. Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Robert Mondavi Winery does not ship on major holidays or weekends.

In cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat and/or cold), Robert Mondavi Winery reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival. During the summer, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, in order to ensure that your wine arrives with limited exposure to heat. All orders placed between Thursday afternoon and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. It is our recommendation, that during summer months, customers add Cool Packs to their order and upgrade to 2-Day Air. Once my order is shipped, how can I track my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your package, please contact us .

Are you able to ship internationally?

Robert Mondavi Winery is licensed to ship wine to the following international locations: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan. If you'd like to place an order for shipping internationally, including club memberships, please contact alex.fregeau@cbrands.com .

Do I need an adult signature for my delivery of wines?

Federal law requires a signature be obtained from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments. Notes with a signature, left for the delivery companies, cannot be accepted as a replacement for an individual signing for the shipment. We recommend that orders be shipped to a business address for prompt delivery. We cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if delivery is not made on the first delivery attempt. Orders that are not delivered on the initial attempt may be held in a facility that is not temperature controlled.

Can I ship to a PO Box? Any other places I can ship my wine?

We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. State laws prohibit our shipping wine to hotels, motels or licensed beverage facilities outside of California.

I missed my FedEx deliveries after they attempted 3 times. Now what?

  • Don't fret! After the 3-attempts the package will be held in the area for 10-days pending action, before it is returned to our facility. Someone 21+ needs to sign for the package. If you are unavailable, you can log on to the FedEx website or call 1800GoFedEx (say 'hold package') for pickup locations near you. Please note that a valid form of ID is required upon pickup. Once held, most locations require pickup within 5 business days (one calendar week) before it is sent back to us.
  • If you do need to 'redirect' the package to another location, such as a business address, where someone 21+ will be available to sign for the package, please reach out to customerservice@robertmondaviwinery.com . Packages cannot be redirected between states.
  • Please let us know if you need help managing your order.

If I'm a wine club member, how do I make a reservation?

Club members can book complimentary tastings through our website. You can use your account to book the discounted tastings. If you would like booking assistance from our reservations team, you can also email  reservations@robertmondaviwinery.com . You will need to provide your club member email address for member pricing to be applied.

What is the commitment to join the club?

There is no fee to join the wine club. When you join the wine club, you are committing to take a minimum of 2 wine club shipments before cancellation. These shipments go out once in the spring and once in the fall. You are allowed to skip one shipment per year and still maintain your club benefits. This excludes the first shipment. If you skip more than one shipment in a year, your club membership benefits will be put on hold until you take your next shipment.

When can I expect my first shipment?

We send wine club shipments in the spring and fall. You will receive an email notification about 10 days prior to the billing of your shipment. Updates must be made prior to billing. If you join online, we will contact you to schedule the most recent shipment, so you can start enjoying your benefits as a new member!

What is your cancellation policy? Can I skip a shipment?

Membership may be cancelled after fulfilling a three-shipment minimum. You may skip up to one club shipment per year. Benefits are not active during skipped shipment periods.

Can I update or change my orders/shipments?

You can make changes or updates to your order prior to billing. Once an order has been processed/shipped, we have the ability to hold, redirect (within state lines), or cancel an order, however shipping and/or restocking fees will apply.

  • e-Gift Cards can be ordered in any amount between $50.00 and $300.00.
