Claim Your NFT

You will need to provide your public, NFT-enabled Ethereum wallet address to ensure that your NFTs are delivered safely to your account.

This is a 42-character hexadecimal address located in your non-custodial wallet (i.e. MetaMask). Copy and paste this address into the second field below to claim your NFT.

Please Note: Not all wallets can accept NFTs. For instance, a account can send and receive cryptocurrency, but it cannot accept NFTs. Please make sure to use an NFT enabled wallet like MetaMask, Rainbow, Coinbase Wallet, or Formatic when entering a wallet address below. Check out our Helpful Tips section below for details on how to set up a wallet.

Depending on which wallet you use, you will be able to find your NFT-enabled wallet address in the Account or Settings areas of your wallet’s app or browser extension. For MetaMask wallets, your wallet address is listed directly below the “Account” heading in either the browser extension or the smartphone app.

Once you successfully claim your NFT by entering your email, NFT-enabled wallet address, and clicking “CLAIM MY NFT” on the Claim page, you will see a confirmation screen that includes a link to your successful transaction on Etherscan. You can click that link to see the transaction. In addition, the confirmation email you will receive after successfully claiming your NFT will include the Etherscan transaction number. To see your transaction record at any time, visit and paste your transaction number into the area at the top of the page.

You will need to reach out to the customer service of the provider of that wallet. We cannot assist you if this happens, so again please make sure that you claim your NFT using an NFT-enabled wallet address.
